Master SU Dong-Chen’s teaching is based on tree "Essence".
Essence is used as essential substance of the discipline.

1 – total body exercises for the Hsing essence.
2 – body exercises in the spiral for the Pakua essence.
3 – fluent body exercises for the Taichi essence.
Thanks to these three types of exercises we obtain a system (IKKANGIHO) which allows us to link in harmony the three distances: long, medium and short.
Those three distances correspond with: Main Chinese Martial Arts Xing Yi Quan. "The form and thought boxing". Mobility, limited number and sobriety of forms and powerful movements characterise this style. Bagua Zhang. "The eight trigram boxing". In China, this art is practised either by men or women. It is a efficient system of health preservation and an elaborated self-defence method.

Circular walk and movements in spiral make this system very original and pleasant to practice. Tai Chi Chuan. It allows one to reach a high mental concentration, increases thinking force and gives a deep knowledge of oneself.
